Empowering leaders to
play at their fullest.
Here's what 45 years in leadership will teach you: most of what we've been told about it is wrong. Not slightly off. Wrong. I wrote a book about it called Leadersh*t. It won an award, which I think means people agreed.
I'm a coach, author, professor, and the founder of FMG Leading. I've worked with 16 NCAA Division 1 coaching staffs, teams, and elite athletes and helped them win 6 National Championships. I've taught at Boston College and Pepperdine, advised leaders across healthcare, business, and sport, and spent four decades convinced that the best thing you can do for an organization is help the people in it figure out who they actually are and play at the top of their talents, passions, and abilities.
I'm also a father, a grandfather, and a fisherman.
Montana is where I think best. The podcast is where I talk most.
Welcome to both.
